Cindy may have glowing reviews from others but we have never hired or experienced a worse realtor—and we’ve moved 14 times in the last 20 years. She was completely unresponsive, totally rude and condescending. She TOLD us how she would communicate with us (once a week ONLY) and by email. The worst part was we had a very nice home in a great neighborhood yet she was just a lazy marketer. When we asked after a few months to terminate, she CHARGED us for her time or threatened to keep our listing and do nothing.
