Cindy may have glowing reviews from others but we have never hired or experienced a worse realtor—and we’ve moved 14 times in the last 20 years. She was completely unresponsive, totally rude and condescending. She TOLD us how she would communicate with us (once a week ONLY) and by email. The worst part was we had a very nice home in a great neighborhood yet she was just a lazy marketer. When we asked after a few months to terminate, she CHARGED us for her time or threatened to keep our listing and do nothing. There are plenty of great realtors in Knoxville as we later found an outstanding one. I hope she is better for you than she was for us.
